I have ordered following pack: 1 x 4U Prepaid 250 GB "High speed".

My download speed is just below 5 Mb/s.
Is this a normal download speed for a 'high speed' pack?

Problem solved Very Happy

Speed test gave 46.74 Mbps, which is equivalent to 5.8425 MB/s.

Ok, i asume that is the maximum speed of your connection? (there is no speed limit on our end for the Prepaid packages)
